It all began with a simple need — we couldn't do this alone.
When we first started delivering meals during the COVID-19 pandemic, we realized quickly that to reach more people, we needed helping hands. The first people we turned to were those closest to us — family.
This small group of caring individuals became the foundation of our volunteer family.
What started with just a handful of people has now grown into a powerful network of nearly 100 volunteers — all driven by compassion, faith, and the desire to serve others. Every meal delivered, every smile shared, and every life touched is a reflection of their selfless commitment.
Today, our volunteers are the backbone of MAA's Inspiration — a community of incredible individuals who show up week after week to make sure no one is forgotten.
Together, we continue to serve… one meal, one person, one act of kindness at a time.
